What sort of property is it?
It’s a traditional 3
bedroom detached property with the following: Newly fitted kitchen, large
lounge/dining room, large sunken patio with chimney BBQ and patio furniture,
with grassed area to rear.
Sleeping accommodation is made
up as follows: off the kitchen is bedroom one which consists of a double
bed. Going upstairs there is a further 2 bedrooms one with two single
beds the other the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom
with shower, toilet and sink. There is also a further communal bathroom
with shower, toilet and sink. There is the large mezzanine (landing) this
has a double sofa bed and can sleep a further 2 (not recommended for young
children).
What facilities does it have?
The property has a wood burning
stove in the lounge, and is double-glazed through out. A midi hi-fi, television
and VCR with a video library are provided for your entertainment. There
is also a selection of games and books available.
A microwave, electric oven,
gas hob, full size fridge with freezer, sink and coffee maker, make cooking
local produce an enjoyable experience. There is also a washing machine,
ironing board and iron. A cot and high chair can be provided on request.
The property is fully equipped (unlike some self catering properties)
and has ample off road parking for up to 3 cars.

are comfortable and “at home” before leaving you in peace
to enjoy your vacation.
What’s
included?
Electricity, gas, water
are included in the price. If you would like a log fire there are logs
available at the property. Please leave a small contribution with our
parents, to cover the cost of replacing them. All bedding is included
however please supply your own towels
