Well equipped: gas, electricity, hot water, plates, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, colour TV, hairdrier, clothes line, tablecloths, shower mat, mattressess, pillows, bolsters, bedspreads, continental quilts, bed covers, curtains and heating included. Laundry equipped with washing machine, ironing table and iron, vacuum cleaners as well as a telephone booth which accepts phone cards.

Situated in the heart of the l'Ile d'Oleron, 3 km from local beaches, 2km north of St. Pierre, the road located 800 m on the right after St Gilles (Cross at the entrance).
