On your return from markets
of Sarlat, Montignac and even Salignac, your extensive grounds, enclosed
swimming pool and BBQ await you.
Bedroom Bellevue:
Tastefully furnished
room with queen-size bed (160x200), CD/Radio Cassette and panoramic
view of Carlucet’s unique Eleventh Century Roman Church. Exposed
beams and pictures of Sarlat and the Périgord decorate the room.
The bathroom is equipped with large shower, WC, wash basin and heated
electric towel rail.
Bedroom Au Soleil:
A double bedroom with
double and single beds. CD/Radio Cassette. The décor comprises
exposed beams and pictures of Sarlat Market. The room offers an attractive
view of the swimming pool and has an en-suite bathroom (bath/shower).
Bedroom La Tour:
A double bedroom with
queen-size bed (160x200), elegant furniture, CD/Radio Cassette, original
exposed beams leading to the tower of the “Pigeonnier”.
You will discover here a large shower, elegant wood furniture, WC, small
pretty windows and exposed stone walls.
The large south-facing living room
- a lavishly furnished room of 60m²,
renovated with original old stone from “Les Eyzies” du Périgord
is a stylish combination of the old and new.
Dining area, central
fireplace, corner bar, view from an oval stone window of your pool and
from another window across the valley to an ancient historical monument.
You will also be able to enjoy the “chill out area” with
its Hi-Fi, Satellite TV, Video and DVD.
The Kitchen -
an essential room in Périgord! Having returned from Sarlat market,
stocked up with foie gras and other delicacies from the Dordogne region,
this luxury fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, allows you to discover
and sample the delights of Périgordine Cuisine with your friends
and family.
The Laundry room - washing
machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, sink, baby equipment
(highchair, pushchair etc). The separate laundry room area also has
a cloakroom with WC.
Outside - private
parking, beautiful south facing terrace (45m²) with its own BBQ,
leading to the enclosed private swimming pool (8mx 4m), solar powered
