This delightful renovated farmhouse, owned by Jean-Pierre, has been renovated in the French style-not to attract the foreign visitor! In other words it has retained its original charm and character and is Jean-Pierre's home outside of the rental season. He lives across the courtyard in summertime but is discreet and great company if you want to invite him in for an aperitif! He will also do a 'michiou' - whole barbeque'd lamb -on request!

The main living area is open plan with a large open fireplace, dining table to accommodate everyone and kitchen/bar corner. The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine and the all important dishwasherThere is another bed/settee in a quiet corner.

The living room has a settee, TV, music system and video player-there are 2 more TV's in the bedrooms.The pool is fully fenced and "gated" with the essential table chairs, parasol, barbeque and 6 sun-beds.

The tiled pool measures 15 x 7 metres with wide steps leading down into it minutes from the charming village of Condat sur Vezere-restaurants, the river etc; Le Lardin-shops, pavement cafes... and only minutes away from Montignac and Sarlat.
