This property is situated in a quiet hamlet only 5 kms from Souillac and nearby to all the very famous tourist sites this area is justly renowned for including Sarlat, Rocamadour and Lascaux to name but a few!

It is actually in 2 buildings - the main house with a wonderful open plan kitchen dining room; smaller living room with TV, CD player, DVD, music system etc.....and on the far side of the courtyard, the apartment above the laundry and billiard room. This is accessed via a metal staircase so not advisable for small children or the elderly. This is fully self contained and equipped and also available on longer lets over the Autumn, Winter and Spring seasons - please ask for more info.

Outdoors will have garden furniture, swings, tables, chairs, the all important parasol and 2 barbeques! There is also one table under a wooden awning large enough to seat 10.

The village of Pinsac has a small epicerie plus bar/restaurant and there is a beach with direct access to the River Dordogne. There are countless wonderful walks with spectacular views of the river and chateau, horse riding path, cycling [bikes for rent in Souillac] and canoes to rent on the doorstep.

The current owners have only just purchased and are working very hard to ensure that the courtyard and garden are attractive for this summer-the photos are of the actual situation and should be vastly improved by July! They also have an organic food shop in Souillac (delivery possible) and are looking into aromatherapy and truffle holidays for the future!
