On arrival a deposit of 150€ will be charged by the proprietor. The deposit will be reimbursed upon departure,minus costs for cleaning and costs ensuing from damage.
Weekly rental from 425€ (low) to 925€ (peak).
In the heart of the "Saintonge romane" and it's medieval treasures, just besides the world famous vineyards of Cognac, on the road of the pilgrims to Saint-Jacques de Compostelle, our Domaine overhangs the hamlet of La Laigne and its 26 houses.
Until the early sixties the Domaine produced Cognac and Pineau des Charentes.
Today, it will greet you and let you enjoy the peace of a mansion of the
XVIIIth century, in 2.5 hectares of parkland, 5 minutes away from the
historical centre of Saint-Jean d'Angély and its shops and amenities,
and only 30 minutes away from the Ocean.
For your comfort, each apartment is equipped with a fridge, an oven, a
microwave oven and a dishwasher.
With an average of more than 2600 sunshine hours a year , the climate
in Charente-Maritime is one of the most pleasant in France. Besides its
many beaches on the atlantic coast, our region offers numerous activities,
for the body as well as for the mind, and no matter what your age is.

Henriëtte et Aart Zoetbrood, a Dutch couple who fell in love with
the Charente-Maritime, its beauty, its climate and its cultural abundance,
and who decided to live there with their 4 children : Dirkje, Jan, Emmy
& Gijs.
We are at your disposal to help to take the best advantage of your stay
in our beautiful region : the best restaurants, the places to be visited,

in the price of your stay.
Fast Cleaning: For the stays that last at
least 2 weeks, a Fast Cleaning Service including a change of sheets and
towels will take place every week.
