La Galerie has a 12 x 6 metre, salt water, heated, swimming pool and a luxurious hydrotherapy massage spa, and is set in 2 hectares of tranquil lawns, terraces and wooded grounds, close to Cahors and the Lot Valley. The perfect place for a relaxing holiday or short break.

Chambres d’hotes
Five stylish chambre d'hotes, comprising double and twin-bedded rooms (sleeping 2, 3 or 4) all with bathrooms en-suite, and each room with independent access.
Comfortable sitting areas with French & English television in every room. Breakfast is served on the sunny terrace or in the dining room. 5 course evening meals with aperitif, wine and coffee, available on request.

There is a summer kitchen with gas barbecue, microwave, hob, fridge, kettle, cutlery, crockery, and utensils pack.
As well as swimming in the pool and relaxing in the spa or on the sun loungers by the pool - we also provide pool towels, play boules in the courtyard or badminton on the lawn, stroll around the gardens and see the wild orchids or watch the abundance of butterflies and birds.

La Galerie is in the Pays Bouriane region of the Lot and is 2km from the village of Catus and 1km from the Lac Vert with beach, pedalos, canoes and fishing, tennis courts a restaurant and lakeside cafe bar.

There are also two outstanding restaurants within a 10 minute drive plus an even wider choice within 15 minutes.
Other activities here and nearby include walking, riding and mountain biking.

Catus has a good selection of shops, a restaurant, a post office, bank and bar and a popular Tuesday morning market.
Cahors, situated on the river Lot is 15 km away, with its many shops , cafe bars, restaurants, museums, galleries and historic architecture.

Rocamadour, the most popular site in the Lot is a 30 minute drive North, with its ramparts and houses clinging onto a rock face above the Alzou gorge. Nearby are many grottos and caves displaying their prehistoric paintings and engravings.
The Dordogne is only 20km away and the cities of Toulouse and Bordeaux are 1.5 and 2 hours drive away respectively. Both having airports running scheduled flights from the UK. Other airports an hour away are Bergerac and Rodez. We do offer a transfer service from and to these airports.
