Myriam and Jean Marty's self catering accommodation is approved by the "Logis de France" with a classification of 4 stars and located on an area of 35 hectares. A haven of peace and comfort which offers safety and games for all the family. Located on the top of a hill in the "Pays de Serres". This house bears the name which its occupants gave it on whilst on holiday there "the house of happiness".
The property can accommodate up to 10 guests + 2 babies in 5 bedrooms.
Low season (October to May): 1200€ per week
Mid season (June & September): 1600€ per week
High season (July 3 - July 17): 2500€ per week
Peak Season (July 17 - August 28): 2900€ per week
Christmas period and Easter 1200€ per week
All other periods weekly rate charged according to number of guests
2 nights weekend : 506 € - 3 nights week end
: 594 €.
