Mas de Trugal is set in 10 acres with large gardens, pool and wonderful views.

The property is a beautiful traditional Mas Farmhouse and Gite in the tranquil Parc Naturel Régional des Causses du Quercy in the scenic Lot Region between Limogne en Quercy and Cajarc and just 5 mins drive from the famous Lot Valley.

Cajarc is 8 mins drive to the north and is a lively town on the banks of the river Lot and has shops, restaurants and a lake with boat trips and fishing.

Limogne en Quercy is a few minutes drive away with smaller shops a restaurant and café/bar. Cahors is just a pleasant half hour drive away and is famous for its dark full blooded red wines.

The area is a wildlife lovers and walker's paradise with the St. Jaques de Compostella Pilgrimage route passing within 200 yards and linking to a network of other walks. There are also three horse riding establishments locally with most of the riding on peaceful tracks with stunning scenery.

Be as energetic as you like or just laze by the pool.

The Farmhouse is very typical of the area and has its roots in the 17th Century. The entrance is reached via an external stone staircase to the main living/dining room with the fully equipped kitchen adjacent.

The farmhouse is our home for much of the year. It is consequently better equipped and contains many personal touches and items which we hope guests will appreciate and respect. We retain the use of two rooms in the farmhouse for our personal effects and office.

The accommodation is on three levels and sleeps 7.

LIVING ROOM exposed ceiling beams, Sat.TV, music centre, piano and ample comfortable seating, dining area

KITCHEN - full size with dishwasher, electric oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, electric toaster, coffee maker & kettle.

Main Bedroom with exposed beams and en suite bathroom with twin basins. King size double bed. Two further bedrooms, one with three single beds and one with double bed. Both of these rooms have a door to the courtyard with walk in shower and separate W.C.

The Gite is situated by the side of the swimming pool and is adjacent to the house. The accommodation sleeps 5 and is all on one level with: -

A large living/dining/kitchen room 46' x 19.5' with huge french windows looking onto the swimming pool. The lounge area has ample comfortable seating and music centre. There is a huge dining table big enough to seat everyone if the gite and house are rented together.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric toaster, coffee maker & kettle, dishwasher and tumble dryer.

There are two bedrooms -Bedroom 1, double bed. Bedroom 2, one double and one single bed, both with shutters and traditional chestnut stripwood flooring. Bathroom full and washing machine. Separate W.C.

Linen is provided free of charge.

There is a large swimming pool and table tennis.
