· Comfortable, well furnished lounge with TV (French satellite which has some English channels), video, CD and DVD player. Double doors lead to a secluded terrace outside.

First Floor:

From the living room, stairs lead to:

· 1 double bedroom with bathroom/WC en suite. Ample wardrobe and drawer space.

Situated in the Dordogne River valley, close to the medieval market towns of Sarlat, Souillac and Gourdon, this delightful, extremely tastefully furnished stone house is set in 10 acres of parkland, only a few minutes walk from the pretty village of Masclat, which has 2 excellent restaurants, a bakery, grocers, and tennis court.

Nearby attractions include riding, golf, canoeing, paintball, tree walking, famous chateaux with museums, prehistoric caves, Rocamadour (second most visited site in France), a wealth of history, entertainment and naturistic delights of bird watching, walking in unspoilt countryside with an abundance of wild flowers and rare orchids.
