It is close to the historic and extremely picturesque small town of Limeuil where the rivers Dordogne and Vezere meet. A charming and attractive property renovated and maintained to a very high standard, a superb enclosed garden with green lawns, beautiful shrubs and flowers and a larger than average private swimming pool. Situated within easy reach of all the attractions of this lovely region and, although only 30 mins from Bergerac airport, the whole ambiance is of utter peace and tranquillity. An ideal cottage for one family or 2 couples wishing to holiday together.

An open-plan spacious lounge perfectly appointed with windows to the east, south, and west, beautiful curtains, comfortable settees, a coffee table, English satellite TV in an oak cabinet, DVD player, CD player with radio, Persian rugs, beamed ceilings, a large (unused) open fireplace, and one double sofa bed in the tower corner.
There is a 2nd bathroom witha bath, an in-bath shower, hand basin, and WC. This bathroom also features a medieval WC in an alcove (not usable).
