Situated outside the village of Alaigne the property offers four bedrooms (two double and two twin), a modern bathroom with bidet and shower and separate w.c., and family sized kitchen and living room.
The ground floor consists of a well equipped kitchen/dining room (ceramic hob, fan oven with grill and rotisserie, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle), large living room, separate utility room with a washing machine and a shower room with w.c. Satellite TV and telephone are available if required.
Outside, the south facing terrace is equipped with an awning, barbecue and furniture and there is a separate terrace with a 4.5 metre diameter pool, as well as a garden with mature trees for shade.
