The river Dordogne is just 8 kilometres away for canoeing, boat trips and fishing.

Local markets are in abundancetogether with castles, caves, restaurants, churches and museums.

On entering the french doors, alongside the vine-covered shady area, you will find a large living room which leads to the first floor.

Two large bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other having a single and a double bed.

Bathroom with a shower, separate WC. A second WC is on the ground floor.

A well equipped kitchen/diner leading to through a small conservatory to the private patio area with garden furniture and barbecue.
