A maid will visit twice a week to clean and tidy up. This is included in the price.
The upstairs entrance level comprises a large open plan living room looking across the bay, a hi-tech chrome fiitted modern kitchen with all appliances, 2 double bedrooms (one currently arranged as an office with a double sofa-bed), large designer bathroom and separate toilet, and a sunny breakfast terrace with seaview.

On the lower garden level is the master bedroom opening directly onto the pool, with en suite bathroom (including steam room), and a separate dressing room.
On the same level is the second master double room, which also has an en-suite bathroom and its own private breakfast terrace.

Situated on the heights of 'Le Trayas' between Cannes and St Raphael - approximately 15 minutes drive respectively each way , the property has been recently completely renovated to a very high standard.
Nearest beach is only a 3 minute drive away.
The outdoor pool is heated and is set amongst a backdrop of exotic trees. There is also a landscaped Jacuzzi built into the rocks. Around the garden area, there are plenty of terraces for sunbathing, with views of the coast and mountains.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has an eating area with a large dining table seating 8.
There is a large modern electric oven, electric hobs and 5 gas hobs (supplied from a gas bottle).
The kitchen leads onto a large sunny breakfast terrace with a magnificent seaview equipped with teak table and chairs seating 8.
Beaches: 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk to 2 lovely beaches next to the boat marina. (Turn left at the bottom of the road and the beaches and marina are about 300 m on the right).
Local Restaurants: The fish restaurant "Pere Pascal" at the bottom of the road is excellent. There are several restaurants in the marina and on the beaches. Also try the old town in Cannes called "Le Suquet".
Tennis: There is a beautiful tarmac tennis court in a three walled canyon just inside the national park (just before the train station). Keys are available from the post office (50 m from the house) Do not bring tennis rackets - there are 4 new rackets plus balls in the garage.
Golf: The nearest Golf course is in Mandelieu a 10 minute drive.

Steamroom: The downstairs bathroom in the masterbedroom opening onto the pool is also a steamroom.
Mountain bike: Follow the many trails into the national park from behind the train station.
Windsurfing: There is a windsurfer in the garage Walking: Follow the beautiful walking trails along the coast from behind the train station.
Train: The train station is easy to find. Coming down the road from the house turn right at the post office and follow this road into the national park about 800 m until you get to the train station. Trains run from Le Trayas up and down the coast - there is a timetable posted at the station.
Buses: Buses run to Cannes and St.Raphael from the bottom of the road.
Food Shopping: The nearest hypermarket is "Geant" in Mandelieu (just follow the signs to Macdonalds) There is a smaller "Casino" supermarket in Theoule (7 min drive), and a delicatessen at the bottom of the road (next to the garage).
